LEADING

Here we are again and this time it seems that situations have occured and therefore leading has to take place rather than out and out questions. Why is that? When we want to know something, why can't we just ask rather than dropping a word here or there in a conversation in hopes of getting our inquiring minded questions answered. If one wants to know something ask. Now that doesn't guarantee an answer will be coming but isn't it easier to just ask and see if an answer will be or not. Look at how the pharisees tried to trick Jesus with their questions. I am reminded about the time they ask Jesus about tithes. The Bible said they were trying to trick Him. He simply told them to render to the image on the coin what belongs to it and give to God that which is His. He was not about to play their silly games of trickery and shannigans in which to persecute Him for. Same with people today, we us our tricks, games and such to get info. and then turn the gained info into something to spread or do damage with. If I am asked a question I don't intend to answer, the questioner will know immediately. Think of how wild fires spread. Unchecked, a small campfire(so-to-speak) can grow into a fire so large and out of control the damage will be astronomical. It all started with a small fire. In the book of James in the Bible, It talks about how the tongue is a boaster of great things. It can set things ablaze. That small thing in your mouth. Read James 3 and learn how taming the tongue is a monumental job, but necessary. The Bible also talked about how out of the same mouth blessings and cursings come forth and that it should not be so. The same mouth we praise God with we use to curse His Holy Name. Mercy !!! Father forgive us for our lack of control and unyeilding our will to the Holy Spirit. Teach us Holy Spirit to be aware of the conversations we are having with your people down here and that our words will be life as you said they would be. Help us to be ever aware that you are listening and watchful over us here in this place and that we can ask for wisdom and receive from the Creator of everything in faith. You are so good to us Father, you gave us a Wonderful Counselor, an advacate that is seated at your right hand ever inteceding on our behalf with you. Your Love for us is right next to you in the Man you sent to earth to redeem us and make all who will make Him Lord, Your special possession. Thank you for never leaving me. Thank you for this amazing Love.
